Outage Clock is run by StyleLine FZE, incorporated in the SRTIP Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By signing up you accept this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

What we provide

We collect status information that vendors publish, present it in one format, and send alerts to the destinations you configure. Public "is it down" pages show the same information to anyone.

Third-party information

Status data comes from vendors, not from us. It may be late, incomplete or wrong, and vendors may change or remove their pages without notice. Vendor names are used only to identify services. We have no relationship with, and no endorsement from, the vendors we track.

Fair use

Do not scrape our public pages at high volume, resell our data feed, or use webhooks to flood systems you do not own. Business plan API access is subject to reasonable rate limits.

Fees

Paid plans are prepaid subscriptions in US dollars, charged by Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renewed automatically. Cancellation stops the next charge; features remain until the term ends, then the account reverts to Free. No refunds for unused time unless mandatory law says otherwise. Prices may change after 30 days' email notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for losses arising from a vendor's outage, a late or missed alert, or decisions made on our data. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Law and venue

Sharjah law and UAE federal law, with Sharjah courts, unless your local law requires otherwise.
