StyleLine FZE (SRTIP Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE) controls the personal data handled by Outage Clock.

Data we keep

• Account basics: your name, email address and the identity provider you signed in with
• Team members' names and emails, on Business
• Your vendor list, filters and alert destinations, including webhook URLs, which you should treat as secrets
• Billing records, with card handling done entirely by Stripe
• Access logs for security

Visitors to public "is it down" pages are not asked for personal data. Standard server logs record IP addresses for a short time to block abuse.

Use

Running the service, sending alerts, billing, support and security. Nothing is sold, and we do not run advertising trackers on the app.

Sharing

Only with infrastructure, email delivery and payment providers acting for us.

Keeping and deleting

Data lives as long as your account. After closure, it is erased within 30 days except records tax law makes us retain.
